These partnerships ensure that customers can achieve the shortest time-to-market yield with a streamlined design flow that includes integration of LogicVision's embedded yield enhancement solutions.
Third Party IP Vendors – LogicVision partners with third-party IP vendors to deliver Embedded Test Ready standard cell libraries, I/O libraries, embedded cores, and embedded memories to further streamline the integration process and eliminate any compatibility issues.
Design Service Partners – LogicVision partners
with design service companies to enable customers to outsource the integration
portion of their design flow. These partnerships provide customers the cost,
quality, and time-to-market benefits of LogicVision's technology without any
additional design schedule risk.

Debug Platforms – Through its LVReady partner program, LogicVision has integrated its Silicon Insight software into third-party hardware debug platforms to provide low-cost yet powerful silicon debug solutions for chips containing LogicVision's embedded test technology and to speed time-to-volume yield.
Manufacturing Testers – Through its LVReady partner program, LogicVision has integrated its Silicon Insight software into third-party ATE platforms to provide powerful manufacturing test solutions for chips containing LogicVision's embedded test technology. By using an LVReady tester, customers can address many of the issues being introduced on ICs in the 90nm and below range and can enjoy both higher product yield and more accurate yield.
Through its LVReady partner program, LogicVision has integrated its Silicon Insight software into third-party board test systems providing yield enhancement into board debug and system manufacturing.
